I purchased this roast or Fathers Day and used my Masterbuilt electric smoker. The roast was smoked from 7:30 A.M. till 4:37 P.M.. While I was csmoking the roast I allowed the outside of the roast to become blackened with a crust. The Inside was juicy , moist, and had a wonderful smokey flavor! Thanks Avi Glatt! You store is the best kosher store I have ever bought from.
